You comprehensive fitness and nutrition program will begin with a Fast-Start Fitness Consultation with me to discuss your goals and create your plan of action. Your next appointment will be a comprehensive fitness and nutrition assessment to find out exactly where you are starting from so we can design a program appropriate for your current fitness level. You will NOT receive some cookie cutter workout. Everything will be precisely tailored to your abilities and goals. We’ll then track your progress so you see exactly what’s happening throughout your entire program.
